"Advanced Micro Devices Inc.'s flash memory unit expects to raise about $835 million in an initial public offering of stock and debt, according to a government filing Friday.
Spansion Inc. plans to offer two forms of stock in the offering: 35.3 million Class A shares priced between $16 and $18 each, and 8 million shares of convertible preferred stock at $25."
