Founded in 1981 by L.J. Sevin and Ben Rosen, Sevin Rosen Funds has risen to become one of the premier U.S. venture capital investment firms with a national investment focus. Sevin Rosen Funds began its history by investing its first fund in companies such as Compaq, Electronic Arts, Lotus Corporation and Silicon Graphics.
