Meru teams with Juniper, Avaya: DEMOletter
Meru Networks (DEMO@15) has been very busy lately – the wireless infrastructure company announced it signed an alliance agreement with Juniper Networks to co-market systems that enable pervasive and secure wireless voice over IP (VoIP). The company joined Juniper's J-Partner Infrastructure Alliance program as a preferred member, and will collaborate with the company on things such as joint sales agreements and other co-marketing activities, the company says. The company also announced a reseller agreement with Avaya, in which Avaya will resell Meru's wireless LAN portfolio. The agreement formalizes a collaborative marketing and sales initiative that Avaya and Meru already had in place. The company also announced it was named to the 2005 Pulver 100, a listing of privately held growth companies. Meru has made the list for the second straight year, it reports.
