The offering provides several VoIP-enabled call features specifically developed to conserve cell minutes and improve call management, including Follow Me Home, Mobile Call Screening and Mobile Call Transfer. Monthly subscriptions start at $3.95, plus a one-time shipping and activation charge. Also included is a Nokia handset, nationwide long distance and 60 minutes of talk-time. Recharge minutes are available for as little as $0.15 per minute."
