Irdeto Access Acquires LockStream

"Irdeto Holdings B.V., a subsidiary of multinational media group Naspers (NASDAQ: NPSN and JSE: NPN), and LockStream Corporation announced today that Irdeto Holdings, through a newly formed subsidiary, has acquired certain assets and liabilities of LockStream, a leading provider of mobile Digital Rights Management (DRM) software, based in Seattle, Washington. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

LockStream is a great addition to the Irdeto Access content protection portfolio for digital TV, IPTV and mobile networks.
