San Jose Mercury News - Silicon Valley's five hot VCs under 40

"Silicon Valley is about what's next, so for the first-quarter venture capital survey, the Mercury News surveyed a number of VCs, angel investors, and entrepreneurs to determine the next generation of top-tier venture capitalists: people under the age of 40 who are already blazing a path in the industry, and who may well be leading it in another 10 to 15 years.
The five people featured here are not the only promising young VCs, but by many measures, they are the best, having been the earliest outside investors in some of the hottest companies of recent years, including PayPal, Skype, YouTube and Facebook."
