"Frustrated with constantly being outmanouvered by Google, Microsoft (MSFT) is reportedly offering to buy Yahoo (YHOO) for $50 billion. That's a huge premium to Yahoo's market cap yesterday of about $38 billion before word of the possible deal got out. (Shares of Yahoo are now up more than 15 percent)."
