"The SF Chronicle covers the story of open source success story SugarCRM but doesn't give us much, except that CEO John Roberts is dyslexic and has had to overcome a tough educational road to get to where he is. Josh Stein, a VC with Draper Fisher Jurvetson and a SugarCRM board member, says 'SugarCRM will do for the software industry what Southwest Airlines did for the airline industry,' he said. 'It's cheaper. It might be slightly less comfortable, but it's a much more efficient system.' "
