FUNNY BIZ: VIACOM EYES ONION By TIM ARANGO - New York Post Online Edition: Business

"At the same time, Barry Diller's InterActiveCorp is close to a nearly $20 million deal to invest in CollegeHumor.com, including options to acquire the site, according to another source.
The Huffington Post Web site first reported The Onion talks this week.
While the deals are tiny - The Onion may go for close to $10 million - relative to the size of Viacom or IAC, the brands are well-known and the talks signify the so-called old media's eagerness these days to gobble up Web properties, especially those targeted at a youthful audience coveted by advertisers."
