" Overwhelmed by a continuing downward pricing spiral, NAND flash memory posted a tough second quarter, while the NOR flash and DRAM segments showed strength, according to market research firm iSuppli Corp. The firm said it is considering trimming its NAND sales growth forecast for the year.
