New York Post Online Edition: business

" Sex-fueled office banter between two female Morgan Stanley executives led to the bank's firing of a technology pro, the booted computer man has alleged in an affidavit obtained by The Post.
Arthur Riel, a former $500,000-a-year tech executive for Morgan's busy legal department, made the charges in court documents filed late Tuesday.
Riel also has claimed in a wrongful-termination suit that e-mails he uncovered show Morgan using its massive technology-purchasing budget to win underwriting mandates from firms that sold equipment to the Wall Street giant. "
