alarm:clock: Ad-based Mobile Co. Upsteed Gets $5M from Sequoia

"Israel's Upsteed raises $5M in first financing round from top-tier VCs Sequoia Capital and Accel Partners. Upsteed is pre-launch so no screen-grabs, but says it has developed a cellular advertising system whereby users get lower costs in exchange for viewing ads.
CEO and Co-founder Zohar Levkovitz was formerly CTO at Comverse and was one of the developers of multimedia messaging (MMS) and push technology."
