PeerFlix Inc., a Menlo Park, Calif.-based peer-to-peer service that allows members to legally trade DVDs, has raised around $8 million in Series B funding, according to a regulatory filing. Battery Ventures led the deal, and was joined by return backers 3i Group and BV Capital.
