Juniper Buying Kagoor $67.5M cash

"Juniper said the move would help it bring secure networking to customers through so-called rich traffic processing. The company cited Kagoor's session border control technology, which Juniper said "delivers a powerful solution for network operators looking to cost-effectively deploy quality voice-over-Internet protocol (VoIP) and other rich media services."

13.5x multiple to last year's revs of $5M. Company had raised approx. $40M from Accel, Vantagepoint, Intel, Siemens, others.
