Google to buy radio advertising company - Yahoo! News
"Web search leader Google Inc. on Tuesday said it agreed to buy dMarc Broadcasting Inc., a radio advertising company, for an up-front payment of $102 million and additional payments totaling up to $1.14 billion over the next three years. "
