"THE REGISTER.COM SAGA TOOK A NEW TWIST last week when the New York-based domain-name registration company accepted a $7.81-a-share bid from Vector Capital, a San Francisco private-equity firm. End of story? Nope. In truth, the deal already is in trouble."
